Full Service management packages are for couples who want a full-time professional overseeing and consulting on every aspect of their wedding-day/weekend/week.  We take care of every little detail to ensure that your event is perfection. From large multi-day ethnic weddings to small and luxurious soirees, we ensure your event is an unforgettable experience. This package includes (but is not limited to) assistance with:

PRE-WEDDING

  • Monthly consultations with unlimited email and zoom interaction

  • Wedding planning timeline preparation, checklist and creating a wedding itinerary

  • Online planning and work tools

  • Establishing priorities, budget creation and management

  • Ceremony and reception venue location

  • Vendor recommendations, negotiations, bookings and management

  • Contract review

  • Event design and décor, inspirations, including a personalized design guide

  • Floorplan consulting and design

  • Assistance with wedding invitations, stationery and signage development

  • Guest list and rsvp management tools

WEDDING DAY

  • Unlimited time on-site with planner and assistant, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding without any worry of the details

  • Directing the ceremony processional

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception

  • Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favours, etc.

  • Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Assisting the family, wedding party and guests as needed

  • Providing a stocked emergency kit

  • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups

  • Ensure all gifts, personal belongings and license are turned over to the designate person at the end of the day/night.

  • Distributing final payment to vendors

Partial Management + Consulting

Includes one planner + one assistant

 

Partial Planning is an ideal option for couples who may have already completed portions of their planning and require less assistance than a full-service package This offering is designed to allow couples a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our professional assistance and consulting to guide them along the way. This package includes (but is not limited to) assistance with:

PRE-WEDDING

  • Creating a final wedding planning checklist and final itinerary

  • Three pre-wedding consultations

  • Supplying any needed vendor recommendations

  • Vendor contract review and logistics

  • Negotiating and contracting any needed hotel room blocks

  • Attendance at three final vendor meetings of the couple’s choice

  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

  • Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

WEDDING DAY

  • Unlimited time on-site with your planner and one assistant, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details

Logistics Management + Consulting

Logistics management and facilitation is a perfect option if you want to plan a majority of your wedding, but need a professional coordinator and consultant in the background to answer questions, offer advice and coordinate the details on the wedding day so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your perfect event. We provide six-weeks of services prior to the wedding to help pull together all of the loose ends to ensure nothing has been missed and everything is coordinated seamlessly. This package includes (but is not limited to) assistance with:

PRE-WEDDING

  • Two pre-wedding consultations

  • Supplying any needed vendor recommendations

  • Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline and itinerary

  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

  • Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

WEDDING DAY

  • Up to eight hours on-site with your lead coordinator and one assistant, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details

Pop-Up Nuptials are a great option for 2021-2022 if you are looking to have an intimate and fuss-free Wedding Day or want something small for now and will celebrate in a larger way when the time is right.

 

Our Pop-Up Nuptials are a unique way that is a fun and elegant way to say “I do.” The great thing about a Pop-Up is all the work is done for you and it requires very little energy and thinking on your part—your Pop-Up Nuptials team does it all for you!

 

Simply share the location of the Wedding with up to 30 guests. We provide the Officiant, Flowers, Photographer, Décor and more. You just show up dressed to marry with your rings and marriage license! Once you've tied the knot, have a celebratory toast and nibbles with your guests and then embark on your next adventure as Newlyweds!

Design-Décor-Styling + Consulting

Looking for thoughtful and beautiful design? We take time to get to know you as a couple so we can accurately represent your unique style through your wedding. This package includes (but is not limited to) assistance with:

PRE-WEDDING

  • Ceremony and reception Venue design

  • A design budget and inspiration board

  • Venue design visit

  • Décor and detail sourcing

  • Vendor recommendations and management

  • Contract review and negotiation

WEDDING DAY

  • Up to six hours on-site with your design planner

  • Facilitating setup and styling

  • Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favours, etc.

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors and distributing final payment as needed (décor related)

  • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups

  • Option to include coordination services

PLEASE NOTE

All décor rentals, specialty linens, furniture, lighting and fresh floral design are extra.

All pricing based on ceremony and reception falling on the same day. Multi-day, out of town and ethnic events prices vary and additional charges will apply.

For events located outside of the City of Winnipeg, mileage and overnight accommodations will be additional charges to the client if applicable.

These additional services are designed for couples who want an elevated experience by enhancing their wedding festivities with additional pre and post events and extra special details.

PRE + POST WEDDING

  • Coordination of engagement party/celebration

  • Gift registry and assist with wedding shower planning

HOURLY CONSULTING

Hourly consultations are by appointment only. Two-hour minimum on first consult. Appointments can focus on a variety of wedding related topics including:

  • Overall event design and planning including, selecting colours and style

  • Vendor recommendations

  • Contract and vendor negotiation

  • Etiquette

  • Timelines and Checklists

  • Event day scheduling and itineraries
